The free review
We go through how the business actually runs. Where your team’s hours go. Where your data lives, and who can get at it.
Afterwards you get a written report in plain language on where AI can save you money and where you’re exposed. It costs nothing, and the report is yours whether or not we work together.
Chances are your people already use AI tools, some of them on personal accounts with client files pasted in. Nobody signed off on it. We find out what’s in use, agree with you what’s allowed, and give one person the job of owning it.
Quotes, reports, data entry, chasing paperwork. Every business has work done the same way every week, and that’s where AI earns its keep. The point is extra capacity for the people you have, so they get to the work that’s been waiting.
Your insurer or a big customer sends a long list of security questions and someone has to answer it honestly. We show you which answers hold up today and what it takes to fix the rest. If you supply defence work, that includes the cyber certification Ottawa now requires on some defence contracts.
It looks like it’s from a supplier you’ve paid for years and asks accounts to send the next payment somewhere new. Once that money’s gone it’s very hard to get back. We check whether your payment process would stop it.
How we get paid
If the review turns into paid work, we measure where you stand first. Then we write down what you’re buying, say a set number of hours saved each month, or a security target met by a date.
That goes into the contract. If we miss it, our fee is at risk. You’re paying for the result, and how many hours it takes us is our problem.
